Scheduling a Consultation
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a $25 consultation fee is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. This fee is credited to any treatment that is booked. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Please keep in mind that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy and should you fail to provide advanced notice the $25 fee will no longer apply as a credit to your account, it will apply to the cancellation/no show charge.
Before Your Consultation
After you have scheduled your appointment with our office, we will email you online paperwork to fill out before you come in as well as send you appointment confirmations. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we can start your appointment on time.
What to Expect at your Consultation
At your consultation appointment, you will meet with our provider who will give you an overview of the procedure(s) you are interested in, and talk to you about your individual concerns and issues. Our provider will then examine you, address your concerns, and provide knowledge and advice on what she recommends as the best solution for you to achieve your goals.
Cost of the Procedure & Financing Options
After our provider has examined you at your consultation, she will go over the cost of the procedure as well as all financing information. Your $25 consultation fee will then be credited towards the treatment/procedure selected.
TREATMENT APPOINTMENT POLICY
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for appointments blocked for 45 minutes or less. Appointments blocked for 60 minutes or more, require a 36 hour notice. If these advanced notices are not provided a $50 charge will apply.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff are valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning as "on call" and have traveled to our office specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
Please arrive 10-15 prior to your schedule time to allow for consents to be signed and for your appointment to begin on time. Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) are subject to rescheduling.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other patients. Cell phone use may affect the length of your services.
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our patients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all patients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. All price quotes given will be honored for 90 days from the date given.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the office, by phone at 407-588-6106. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.
